Hi, I’m Jacey Lane — evidential medium, intuitive tarot reader, astrologer, poet, and believer that there is far more magic woven into this life than we’ve been taught to notice.

My spiritual path wasn’t born from having all the answers. It was forged through grief, loss, unraveling, healing, and the long journey of learning how to trust myself again. Somewhere along the way, spirituality stopped feeling like something distant I needed to search for and became something I learned to recognize all around me — in the cards, in the stars, in nature, in creativity, in synchronicity, and in the quiet moments when the veil between this world and whatever comes next feels impossibly thin.

Mediumship, tarot, and astrology have become three of the languages I use to explore that unseen world. I don’t believe these practices are here to tell us exactly what to do or who to become. I believe they can help us ask better questions, recognize patterns, reconnect with our own knowing, and remember that life may be much stranger, more interconnected, and more magical than it appears on the surface.

And then there is poetry.

I’ve always been an artist at heart — a poet and spoken-word artist drawn to the messy, sacred parts of being alive: grief and rage, love and longing, death and rebirth. Creativity has been one of my greatest portals for transforming what I’ve survived into something meaningful, and it continues to shape the way I hold space for others.
